Adementis Tablet

Adementis Tablet is used to treat alcoholic fatty liver disease and cholestatic liver diseases. It works by reducing the amount of cholesterol in the blood. It also improves liver enzymes, protects liver cells from injury caused due to toxic bile acids, and improves liver function. It is advised to take Adementis Tablet at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. Some common side effects of this medicine include abdominal pain, hair loss, nausea, itching and rash. It may also cause diarrhea, so its better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine as it may help to prevent dehydration. Before taking Adementis Tablet, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have ever had any problems with your blood circulation or have diabetes or migraine. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works.
