In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. It may cause side effects like diarrhea, upset stomach, electrolyte imbalance, breast enlargement in males, and impotence as common side effects. If these or other side effects do not go away or get worse, tell your doctor. You may be asked for regular monitoring of kidney function, blood pressure, and electrolytes level while taking this medicine.
