Bisonext Tablet is an antihypertensive medication used to treat high blood pressure and angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart). It contains bisoprolol as the active ingredient, which works by slowing the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels, thereby reducing high blood pressure. Take this medicine in doses and for durations as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. Do not miss any doses or exceed the amount recommended by your doctor.
