COENATTO PLUS CAPSULE is used to treat heart disease. It has a protective effect on the heart and prevents heart attacks or strokes. It works by breaking the blood clots and also thins the blood. It breaks the chemical messengers involved in pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). COENATTO PLUS CAPSULE can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. Most common side effects of this medicine are skin rash, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and nose bleeding, etc. But, it is advised to avoid the activity that may cause high risk of injury, bruising or bleeding as this medicine decrease blood clotting. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have ischemic stroke, peptic ulcer, and coagulation disorders or you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine.
