Femilon tablet is a birth control pill for women. It may change your menstrual cycle. This combined pill contains desogestrel and ethinylestradiol. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Common side effects include mood changes, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, and weight gain. Do not use Femilon if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or younger than 18 years old. Before and during use, inform your doctor about any risk factors for blood clots, liver disease, heart problems, or stroke.
